    No, absolutely not! One of our biggest advantages is our 100% independence. We seamlessly integrate our tools, such as hellohotel and hellolobby, with your existing PMS and IBE systems without forcing you into an expensive lock-in situation.

  • Does my team need any prior IT knowledge to use hellohotel or hellolobby?

    Absolutely not. We've designed the user interfaces to be so intuitive that anyone can understand them. Updating content is as easy as writing an email. Plus, we'll provide your team with extensive training before the launch and are always here to assist you personally with our German-speaking support team.
