The Adlon Group Berlin acquired the former grand hotel from the Pullman Group on January 1, 2020 in order to completely renovate it within three years and restore it to its former glory.
The communication strategy focuses on the Quellenhof as an inner-city premium location with plenty of fresh air, extensive greenery in the adjacent park and a large, modern and elegant spa area. Guests experience a carefree and healthy vacation. All of this should be reflected in the hotel website and online marketing.

The Parkhotel Quellenhof Aachen should convey an open, bright, modern and luxurious character in all media. The self-chosen claim "A class of its own" is reflected in the visualizations: instead of plush luxury, self-confident premium standards characterize the aesthetics.
The aspects of "relaxation", "wellness", "enjoyment", "exclusivity" and "safety" form the key points of communication. Across all media - from social media presence to B2B channels, from newspaper advertisements to brochures, from podcast spots to websites - we appeal to guests who, despite the coronavirus-related travel restrictions, long for a relaxing vacation and are willing and able to pay the price for it.
Due to the timing, the website relaunch was split into two release stages. The most important sales-relevant pages were packed into Release 1, the downstream topics into Release 2. Both golive dates could thus be met.

The mobile web design of the Parkhotel Quellenhof was naturally taken into account right from the conception of the hotel website. After all, search engines first look at the website display on a smartphone and only then on a desktop. Google now goes one step further and only checks the mobile website of each company, called "mobile only". The Quellenhof is ideally positioned for this.
The Quellenhof's marketing managers also use the hotel website's content management system on their way to new independence: After CMS training, they use ProcessWire to enter content quickly, easily and responsively.
